Both distributions are unimodal and skewed to the right, but the distribution of 2011 is more skewed. The median for 2011 is a bit lower while the IQR is slightly larger than the IQR of 2007. There are also potential outliers on the upper end of each set but none of them seem to be far from the pattern.
