Objective:
Students will develop a deeper appreciation for the power of imagery in literature and use their knowledge of the emotional deeper currents of the text to guide their creativity when turning that imagery into a drawing.
Structure:
Have students individually read the MasterClass article "Sensory Imagery in Creative Writing: Types, Examples, and Writing Tips." After reading the article, they will make a chart of the six types of sensory imagery mentioned in the article.
