Structure:
Working in their groups from Part 1 of the exercise, the students should film the PSAs they scripted previously. Send them to work in separate spaces if at all possible, or at least in separate parts of the room. You could designate one area as the "set" and allow each group a limited time on set to film their PSA. This would allow you to give feedback on the script they've come up with and help them make appropriate changes if need be.
