    To practice describing a setting and think more about what makes a Secret Garden special and important

    Structure:

    Ask students: If you had a Secret Garden of your own, what would you want it to look like? Use the library and the Internet to research types of gardens, different kinds of plants, and possible decoration choices. Use at least three different sources.
