What is the purpose of the votes against the Benefactor on Unanimity Day? Did this seem well worth the risk to you?
For many students, the purpose of the votes against the Benefactor will seem relatively plain: to show discontent and, in so doing, to speak truth to power. The moral value of such an act may also seem unimpeachable; however, other students may also feel that, given the action's consequences, it may not have been the most effective way to mount resistance against the One State. The two answers are not mutually exclusive, and ultimately, there is no single correct answer.
