The answer here should be fairly easy for students: what does it mean that the descendants of slaves now train to do menial domestic tasks and are celebrated for it? Why is this a problem? After all, they're earning money, right? This could lead to a useful discussion about what kind of jobs are "menial" and what kind of wage is "living."
