What is Stella's state of mind at the opening of scene 4? What is Blanche's?

Stella is at peace and happy from a night of passionate love-making with her husband. She does not even remember the fight of the previous evening, except as a kind of foreplay.

Blanche only remembers the fight. (She might have heard more, but later in the play we learn that Stella and Stanley have moderated themselves due to her presence so close by.) She cannot accept that anything good or enjoyable came out of such violence, and she feels horrified that Stella is so happy about it. She feels sure that Stella must be somehow brainwashed.
