Slides
We see slides of the women involved in the Women's Army during the film. They are being viewed by two men who are investigating them in order to stop them. This imagery provides us information about the group, but also makes us aware before the Women's Army is of their investigation, and that they are in danger.
Media Overtaken
We watch as the news anchors report the day's news throughout the film. As the story progresses we see that two women from the Women's Army appear on screen having taken over the news. This is a symbol that the truth has not been reported and thus they have had to hijack the airwaves in order to be heard.
Bomb
We watch as the women prepare a bomb while looking at plans of the World Trade Center. This imagery creates suspense as the Women's Army has become increasingly willing to use violence in order to get their message out and across as they have been oppressed for so long.
On the Move
The Women's Army steals two U-Haul trucks. These insurgents do so in order to create a mobile radio station for Phoenix and Ragazza Radio. This imagery reveals to us that the violence against these women has gotten to such a point that they can no longer stay in one location to send out their message to be freed from the oppression they face daily. They must remain on the move in order to be protected.
