Felix plans to create a situation where Sal and Tony feel like there is a prison riot happening (this is his tempest). Then, he drugs Sal and Tony with a liquid that makes them disoriented. He has Fred, Sal’s son, separated from the others. Fred sits in a cell with Anne-Marie and plays chess. Sal believes Fred is dead and is distraught. The ministers are ushered into the green room, where they eat grapes that launch them into hallucinations. Felix records the whole thing.
