Creature Presentations

Kind of Activity:

Group Work

Objective:

Students will work together to research an insect and prepare a short presentation to tell the rest of the class about their findings.

Structure:

Give the groups time to put any finishing touches on their presentations as well as rehearse to improve their confidence and delivery.

Before the groups begin to present, remind the class about respectful behavior during presentations. They should listen quietly to their classmates and take notes on their findings. Include time for questions and answers at the end of each presentation.
