    Students will visually depict the novel's characters based on the author's descriptions in the text.

    Structure:

    Lolita is a novel full of beautiful, vivacious prose. Humbert speaks in intricate detail, especially when describing his Lolita. Because of this, there is plenty of information throughout the text as to what various characters look like. For this activity, students will go through the text and attempt to draw a likeness of one character. This could be one of the main characters, such as Humbert or Dolores, or a secondary character like Godin...
