Cancer
When we are introduced to Earl, we see charts pop up to reveal that he has cancer in his body. The imagery hits the audience very clearly so that no one has to say anything. It shows an almost advertised version of his cancer, and connects Earl to being a man who's made his money off of television and has now become an ad for cancer.
Give Me That
We see Phil in a close up with Earl's hand in frame with him. Earl has lapsed into a state where he is in between consciousness. The close up on Phil shows us that he is attempting to discern what is real and what isn't for Earl, in order to make him as comfortable as possible on his dying day.
You Ready to Keep Winning?
Stanley is asked this by his father, and he says "Sure." But we can see that he doesn't want to. Then drops of water begin to fall on the windshield over Stanley's head. The imagery shows that Stanley feels bogged down by the life his father is making him live.
Blue
Anderson pushes in to a close up on Earl with his eyes closed in pain in his home, then cuts to a shot of Frank on stage at his seminar bathed in blue light. The light in the imagery connects the estranged father and son in the shots.
