Objective:

Students will get to know a family tree from Classical Mythology in depth by creating pictures of each member of a particular family tree.

Common Core Standards:

CCSS.ELA-LITERACY.CCRA.SL.2 Integrate and evaluate information presented in diverse media and formats, including visually, quantitatively, and orally.

Structure:

At the end of the book are family tree diagrams to help sort through the various families, divine and mortal, found in the book. In this activity, students will explore one of these family trees in more depth and envision what the members of their chosen family tree would look like.
