Omi says this to a Captain who seeks to gain political power. Here, Omi knows that he is in control of changing the destiny of those in political power, as he will take out anyone in the way of what he has set out to do, or has chosen to accept payment to do.

Mishra confronts Omi about haven chosen to be with his daughter. It is clear that Mishra does not want Omi to be anywhere near his family; thus, with Omi choosing to be with his daughter, he has taken it as a sign of disrespect he cannot stand for.
