Quadrant III

1. If secant is negative, that means x must be negative (since r is always positive). This happens in quadrants II and III. 2. If cosecant is negative, that means y must be negative. This can happen in quadrants III and IV. 3. For both secant and cosecant to be negative, we must be in Quad III.
