“Just do it!” suggested Benjamin Graham’s ‘The Intelligent Investor’, resulting in my impulsive foray into the dynamic world of stock market investment.

“Just do it!” my camera yelled at my shy self. Seconds later I mustered the courage to request the permission of a stranger to click his photograph.

“Just do it!” signalled my heart and mind when I set out to build our house’s very own DIY WiFi mesh network.

Nike’s tagline underlines all my activities. My sudden plunge into stocks resulted in my portfolio growing by 40% over the last two years. The stranger’s photograph won me an international award. My WiFi network has been providing flawless speed to my house for the past four years.

Northwestern University will allow me to continue exploring my varied interests. The BA in Computer Science program will equip me with a strong academic foundation in the backdrop of a liberal arts education, thus enabling me to look at problems from multiple angles. Despite that, Northwestern doesn’t hold me back from concentrating heavily on my favourite CS subfield - Artificial Intelligence.
