Northwestern, A Perfect Fit Anonymous

Stellar academics. A gorgeous campus. Endless opportunities. Northwestern University is the epitome of these three qualities. I do not know whether it was the top-ranked academics or the luscious campus which attracted me to this university; however, I do know that I fell in love the day I toured the campus. Was it a beautiful girl? No. Perhaps it was the picturesque Northwestern University Lakefill? Not quite. How about the intellectual diversity which is accentuated by the extensive variety of subjects offered? Bingo!

One characteristic which initially caught my attention was the strong emphasis on scholarly perfection. Many universities have strengths in certain areas, and weaknesses in others. Northwestern, on the other hand, has strengths in every category, and lacks any weaknesses altogether. This is an important characteristic to me because while I have an inclination in studying a science-related field, I still want to try a little bit of everything. Northwestern will allow me to explore my options and allow me to reach my full potential as a student. While it is essential to assess the overall academic performance of a university, it is also important to consider the campus as well.
