Character Analysis and Interviews

Group Work
Objective:
Students will use textual evidence to create a character analysis
Structure:
Have the students identify all the main characters and make a list on the board. Break the class into small groups and assign each group one of the characters to analyze (Winterbourne, Daisy, Mrs. Miller, Randolph, Mrs. Costello, Mrs. Walker, Eugenio, and Giovanelli). Instruct the groups that they must keep their assigned character secret from the rest of the class.
