Jean Négroni Narrator

Jean Négroni was a French actor, theatre director and voice actor. He founded the Maison des arts et de la culture de Créteil where he was its director from 1968-1978. His on-screen work includes The Queen of Spades, Richelieu, La caméra explore le temps and La Jetée.

Hélène Chatelain The Woman

Hélène Chatelain is known for such film work as Goulag, Néstor Makhno, Paysan D'Ukraine, La Jetée, and Les prisons aussi. She only apeared in two films as an actor; the other credits were hers as a director. She is also a writer.

Davos Hanich The Man

Davos Hanich plays The Man in this film. This was his only film role. He also narrated the 1977 French film essay A Grin Without A Cat.

Jacques Ledoux The Experimenter

Jacques Ledoux's primary trade was as a cinematographer, as he worked on 36 films and television series during his career. He appeared as an actor only 2 times with this film being one of them. He was also the curator for the Royal Film Archive of Belgium from 1948 until his death in 1988.
