How does Margaret feel about the class's misbehavior and Mr. Benedict's responses?

She studies hard for social studies and reviews her arithmetic problems, but still participates in the peeps and leaves her name of her test. Students might have the sense, however, that when Mr. Benedict returns the correct test papers to the correct students, Margaret feels a kind of satisfaction. She wants the "right way"—the teacher's way—to triumph.
