If $|x| \leq 1$, $f(x)$ will be $|x|$ and the ordered pair will be $(x,|x|)$ If $|x| > 1$, $f(x)$ will be $1$ and the ordered pair will be $(x, 1)$. Thus we plot $y=|x|$ between $x=-1$ and $x=1$, and plot $y=1$ for the rest of the values.
